Founder

Andrew was educated, and later taught, at Cranleigh School. He has a BA from Durham University and an MBA from the London Business School.

Andrew moved to Russia in 1992 as an investment officer for International Finance Corporation. Lucullus is the result of his vision to establish the first British-managed educational consultancy in Russia.

He is also the founder of RTG Group, a headhunting company for oil and gas industry clients in Russia, Iraq and Kazakhstan.

Managing Director

Robin began his EAL career as a teacher in 1998 and has worked for some of the best education providers in Britain. He has extensive experience of working with students from overseas.

He moved into academic management in 2005 and has designed a highly successful range of assessment, adaptation and summer programmes to prepare students for the demands of schooling in the UK.

Robin believes that each child is unique and places particular emphasis on appealing to their unique learning style. His holistic approach to teaching combines expertise, innovation and enthusiasm.

Schools & Assessments Advisor, UK

Robin was voted Headmaster of the Year by Tatler magazine during his tenure at Summer Fields School, the prime feeder school for Eton College.

In his role as Schools and Assessments Advisor for Lucullus, Robin maintains strong links with boarding schools all over Britain. He personally meets and assesses each Lucullus student, and makes written recommendations for suitable schools.

Highly respected in the field of education, he serves as an ISI inspector, a governor of three independent schools, and Head of Development at Knightsbridge School, London. Previous posts include Headmaster at Lambrook School and Housemaster at Cheltenham College.

Senior Consultant, Moscow

Inessa has successfully placed more than 600 children at prestigious schools in the UK. These include Wellington College, Eton College, Harrow School, Dulwich College, Oundle School, Rugby School, Sevenoaks School, Brighton College, and many others.

She makes frequent visits to schools in the UK, and has extensive knowledge of the British education system.

Inessa is a renowned industry expert and lectures at international conferences about the issues facing Russian children as they settle into their new life at boarding school.

Senior Consultant, Moscow

Olesya has been working as an international educational consultant since 2008. Her students have been accepted at many of the top schools in the UK. She is an expert in university placements and has helped students find places at many Russell Group universities.

Olesya places an emphasis on understanding each student as an individual. Her qualifications in teaching modern foreign languages and linguistics allow her to combine a professional and caring outlook with a strong pedagogical background.

Careers and Personal Development, UK

Catherine attended Marlborough College and has an MA in Human Resource Management and a post-graduate diploma in Personnel Management. She is a former Director of HR at Glaxo Smith Kline.

Qualified to perform psychometric testing by the British Psychological Society, Catherine combines this with a management perspective to guide students with their choice of A-levels, undergraduate degree subjects and suitable career options.

Consultant, Moscow

Olga trained as a teacher before specialising in educational consultancy. She holds a British Council certificate of Professional Development for Education Placement Managers.

She prides herself on being able to connect with young people, so that they feel able to turn to her for support.

Olga has earned an excellent reputation with families who appreciate her caring approach and commitment to their children’s emotional well-being.
